• May post art anywhere, with credit given
• Art is for personal use only.
• Client may not reproduce, print, or use images for marketing, contests, products, and/or merchandise.
• The client may crop or resize the artwork for personal use such as icons, banners, etc. with credit
• The client may not make any artistic edits or request someone else make artistic edits to the commissioned artwork(s).
• The client MAY NOT use commissioned art for NFT or AI purposes.Artist

• I reserve the right to use the artwork for self-promotion
• I have the right to decline, and/or cancel a commission for any reason, with or without explanation. I will let you know if it's the case.Payment & Refunds
• Prices are in USD
• All payments are made through PayPal or Ko-Fi
•I don't accept mixed payments (half USD, half Points/CS Currency)
•Please do not send the money until I confirm your order.
•All payments are made upfront before starting your commission. (Customs are exempt)
• Refunds may be requested before starting your commission.
• Emergency refunds may be given in case of unforeseen circumstances based on the stage of commission completion

• Payment Plans are avalible for adoptables starting at 100usd
• The minimum deposit is 25% of the total cost.
• Maximum duration for payment plan is 2 months unless otherwise stated
• Payment plan must be completed in full before the client will recieve full ownership and all images associated with the adoptable.
• Failure to complete will result in no refunds nor ownership of character.

Adopts

• By buying/obtaining any design by me you agree to follow these terms of service
• There is a three-day cooldown from the date of purchase before the design's ownership can be transferred.
• You are allowed to redesign and make original/CS AUs of my design. For closed species imports, you must have a slot and follow the TOS of the species. You must keep the original design in the gallery and credit appropriately.
• Designs traded without currency (even if originally bought from auction/OTA/etc) may not be resold.
• Do not sell designs for a higher price than the amount purchased for without extra art.
• Gifted designs may not be traded up or resold without extra art.
• Customs/designs obtained from trades or gifts may not be resold.
• Free raffle designs are allowed to be traded following the three-day cooldown period
• Free designs may not be resold for currency

Customs

• Referencial material (Pintrest boards, poses, color pallettes,) are not required but greatly appreciated
• Payment will be required once draft has been approved by client. Up to THREE revisions are allowed.
• You may use the design for roleplay / personal stories / etc.
You may not use any of my designs to engage in any inappropriate or offensive situations.
• Please do not delete the toyhouse profile (If Applicable)
• You may not edit over the original artwork
• You may not update/remove the original artwork files, keep them on a separate tab if necessary.
• You may resell, trade, or gift the design, but may not be sold for more than what you paid for (unless it contains extra art)
• You may not copy / steal / color pick / heavily reference any of my designs, such as using my designs as reference to make your own characters, or copy entire elements of my designs.
• You may not add your own selling/trading rules. Please refer to these T.O.S when selling or trading my designs.
